Oloroso 1/7, at around 80 years old, the sensations are almost indescribable.
The wine becomes more concentrated in this extremely slow ageing process, while its
alcohol also strengthens thanks to the painstaking work of evaporation through the
wood of the oak casks.
The result of its long oxidative ageing, in 7 very old American oak casks,
turns tasting it and pairing it into an intense, incomparable, unrivalled experience.
