These terms govern the use of the website tabancoelpasaje.com, bookings and gift vouchers. Purchases in the online shop are additionally governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1. Who we are

2. Use of the website

  • You may browse the website freely. We ask you to use it in good faith, without attempting to damage it, access restricted areas or submit false information or information belonging to third parties.
  • Show times, the menu and prices are updated frequently; the current information is that shown on the website at any given time.
  • The content of the website (texts, photos, logos) is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not use it for commercial purposes without our permission.

3. Bookings

  • Table and show bookings are made through CoverManager, on the bookings page. When you book, you will receive a confirmation from CoverManager with the details of your booking.
  • To change or cancel a booking, use the link in the confirmation email or call us on 956 33 33 59.
  • The conditions of each service (minimum spend, group menus, arrival time and, where applicable, cancellation) are stated on the website and when booking.
  • For groups of 11 to 100 people, use the group form on the bookings page; we will reply with a proposal.

4. Gift vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are purchased through CoverManager and sent by email to the address given at the time of purchase.
  • The content and validity period of each voucher are stated at the time of purchase and on the voucher itself.
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. To use them, you must book in advance.
  • As they are leisure services for a date that is booked, there is no right of withdrawal once the date has been set (Article 103 of the TRLGDCU (Spanish consolidated Consumer Protection Act)). If there is an error in the purchase, write to us and we will resolve it.

5. Age

The online shop sells alcoholic beverages, so only persons over 18 may make purchases in it. We encourage you to drink responsibly.

6. Liability

We take every care to ensure that the website works properly, but there may be occasional interruptions due to maintenance or technical causes beyond our control. We are not liable for the content of third-party websites linked from here.

7. Data protection and cookies

The processing of your data is explained in the Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies in the Cookie Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its date of update.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts and tribunals of your place of residence will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
