The excellence of this Oloroso lies above all in its age and in the organoleptic
qualities it acquires as a result.
It is an Oloroso with a certified age of more than 30 years, a certification
confirmed both by Carbon-14 testing and,
subsequently, by the Tasting Committee.
The oxidative ageing of this exceptional Oloroso Viejo from Bodegas El Maestro Sierra
takes place in 14 old American oak casks, which heighten its complexity and the symphony
of aromas built up through a slow, handcrafted, living ageing process exposed to the
action of oxygen, making it the most prized of wines.

100% Palomino grapes.
