Monday to Saturday we are open from 11:30 to 16:00 and from 19:00 to 23:30. On Sundays, from 12:00 to 16:00 and from 19:00 to 23:30. Please note we close between the lunch and evening sessions, so we recommend checking the hours before your visit.
The tasting menu includes entry to the flamenco show, several tapas and typical products from Jerez, and drinks (sherry wines, soft drinks or water). It is a complete gastronomy and flamenco experience in an authentic setting from €35 per person.
At Tabanco El Pasaje we serve a selection of Jerez wines: Fino, Manzanilla, Amontillado, Oloroso, Palo Cortado and Cream, among others. We work with local wineries and serving wine from the barrel at the bar is the traditional tabanco experience. Our staff will be happy to recommend the best wine for your taste.
A tabanco is a traditional establishment from Jerez de la Frontera, somewhere between a wine cellar and a tavern, where wine is served directly from the barrel. Tabanco El Pasaje has been open since 1925 and is one of the most historic and authentic in Jerez. Unlike other tourist venues, here locals and visitors from around the world share the same space over wine and flamenco.
Yes, children are welcome when accompanied by adults. The flamenco show is a cultural experience that tends to delight all ages. Please bear in mind the venue is small and the atmosphere during shows can be intense — which is part of the magic of the place.
We are located at Calle Santa María 8, in the historic centre of Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz), just a few minutes’ walk from the Cathedral and the main sherry bodegas. There is public parking nearby in the town centre. If you are using public transport, the nearest bus stop is less than 5 minutes away on foot.
During high season (spring, summer and weekends) we recommend booking at least 2-3 days in advance, as the venue is small and tables fill up fast. In low season, availability is usually better with shorter notice. For the free bar option no booking is needed, but arrive early to get a good spot.
